Ad_Lib Business utilizes VOIP technology and/or teleconferencing solution and a Video Web Conferencing software to enable long distance training without compromising the quality of communication.

To take part in the training the participants need:

• A computer (please see: TechSpecs for details)
• Good broadband (please see: TechSpecs for details)
  
• A headset connected to the computer
  
• (Optionally) a headset connected to a telephone
  
• A webcam
  

All our solutions are browser-based so there is no need to download or install anything.

The training consists of:

• live lessons using the online web conferencing software (InstantPresenter)
  
• Interactive Learning Modules accessible 24/7 through the students' VBL panel online
  
• Email / Forum tasks carried out through the students' VBL panel online
  

Transparent and results-driven

• The client receives reports on the trainees' progress. The frequency of the reports will be agreed on an individual basis.
  
• All the training may also be recorded for later viewing
  
• All language training ends with a final test and the client receives detailed progress reports on all trainees
